VDF's new senior Naval and Military Commands

Today Victory High Command welcomes two new senior officers into its midst. Admiral Endywolf and General Excilow marked a very special occasion this morning, being the first two officers since the reemergence of our fledgling empire to be granted to prestigious titles of Grand Admiral and Grand General. Victory rejoices in the appointment of these two officers and we wish them the best in their new positions!
